Heart Opening Yoga Practice
Heart-Opening Yoga Practice
Our yoga practice offered is a vinyasa yoga flow style (continuous asana poses sequenced together, and set to music) over the course of an hour and 15 minutes. Continued yoga practice not only conditions you physically, but also promotes a quieting of the mind and body, which promotes a peaceful interior calm that may be used to prepare you for time spent in reflection, contemplation, and a deeper encounter with Christ. Join our beautiful St. Dominic’s community, and enjoy the amazing benefits of yoga.
Note: This practice is led by Linda Bracanovich, a 500-hour certified vinyasa yoga teacher, and current student at Jesuit School of Theology, earning her masters in theological studies. Being in good, physically-mobile condition is a requirement. Donations accepted in support of St. Dominic’s selfless service ministries.
Practice takes place very first and third Saturday morning of the month in the Aquinas room, unless otherwise noted.
RSVPs are encouraged. Email Linda Bracanovich at firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 8:00 pm on the Friday before the class.
