Come and join the Bible Chicks!

Women's Bible Study

"Kingdom of Happiness" study of the Beatitudes
Tuesday mornings, 9-10:30 over Zoom
Tuesday, September 8 - Tuesday, November 3, 2020

Contact Kathy Folan at kathy@stdominics.org with any questions.

Come and join a group of women as we study the Beatitudes.  We are a group of women of all ages and walks of life; married, single, young, wise, moms, never had kids, working, retired or stay at home.  Some are cradle Catholics and some are brand new Catholics, and some are trying to decide, but we all learn from each other.  Come and dive into scripture with us on Tuesday mornings during the school year, taking school breaks off.  We use Catholic Scripture Study, International, which usually takes us one chapter per week, plus cross references with the Old and New Testaments and the Catechism of the Catholic Church.

During the pandemic of 2020, we will be meeting over Zoom.  We will begin with the beatitudes, and then start our study of the Gospel of Mark mid-December through May.  If we can meet in person by then, we will meet in person every other week, and on Zoom every other.  There will be a Zoom option each week for those who must quarantine.
