Join us for a day-long Men's Retreat sponsored by Adult Faith Formation and Community Outreach at St Dominic's Catholic Church, San Francisco.
We all struggle to work out our salvation in fear and trembling (Philippians 2:12). For this God has given us our Church and our families. He has also given us friends to help us in our growth. Solomon says, "As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another" (Proverbs 27:17). A friend in the spiritual struggle is a workout partner who challenges us to do more as we grow closer to the Lord.
This retreat is open to all men, married, single, clergy, lay, or religious,
who are interested in exploring the topics of
friendship and the ascetic struggle in Catholic teaching and our lived faith.
